Below you'll find the standard rates for PC service. We offer discounts for servicing multiple computers on the same visit. We also offer discounts for non-profit organizations and educational institutions

We will pick-up and deliver your PC to your home or office or perform the work on-site for the same price.

All rates are based on service calls within 10 miles of Elk Grove, CA (Southern Sacramento County). Service outside of this area is available for an additional charge. Our normal business hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Standard Labor Rates
Home Basic Labor Rate	$50 per hour
Business Basic Labor Rate	$75 per hour
Priority Service	$75 per hour, 4 - 8 hour response, 2 hour minimum
After Hour Service	$150 per hour, 1 hour minimum
After Hour Priority Service	$200 per hour, 4 hour response, 2 hour minimum

**All parts are subject to local sales tax. There will be an additional $10 charge assessed if you provide the parts for any of the Upgrade Flat Rates listed above.
