I've noticed a recent problem with really nasty Malware on my customer's computers. If you have situations where you are not able to open certain websites (such as antivirus sites) or certain programs you should immediately disconnect the system from the Internet and call a professional to clean up the problem. The biggest issue with this malware is that it actually records personal details such as online banking information and personal details and sends it back to the hackers. This is a very dangerous problem and should be dealt with promptly. The way to prevent this from happening is to make sure that you have a good antivirus program running with the latest definitions installed. Also if you ever see a pop up window saying that your computer is infected (and its not from your antivirus program) do not click on any of the links. When in doubt, don't click or it could cost you several hundred dollars to get your computer running again.
